The Southern California chapter of the Marketing Research Association was officially incorporated in 1978 and is one of 12 current chapters belonging to the National Marketing Research Association. The SoCal chapter is comprised of opinion & marketing research professionals located primarily in Southern California and Hawaii.

Mission Statement:

The Southern California Chapter’s mission is to provide its members with the opportunity to advance and enhance their business and research skills in the opinion and market research profession.

Chapter Goals:

Provide chapter members with educational opportunities and resources for research skill enhancement.

Ensure members understand the National MRA Code of Marketing Research Standards to ensure professional conduct and ethics for the market research industry.

Facilitate networking contributing to an environment conducive to the open exchange of information among all members.

Build and maintain membership within the chapter.

Increase public awareness and acceptance of marketing research
