Heavy Duty Excavator Undercarriage Part Carrier Roller

Carrier Roller

Our carrier rollers are suitable for Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Sumitomo excavators and Caterpillar bulldozers. The carrier rollers go through 2.4MPa water pressure and passes air tightness testing.

Description

Our carrier rollers are used on crawler-type construction machinery, such as excavators and bulldozers. This top roller is installed beneath the crawler belt to prevent the belt from sagging or rolling over. Our CBT series carrier rollers can be used on machinery from Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Sumitomo, Kobelco, Kato, and Daewoo.

Features of Carrier Roller
1. Unique Technology
The unique technologies applied to the production of our bulldozer undercarriage parts include forging, quenching and tempering. In addition, the threaded part of our carrier roller receives a medium and high frequency treatment so its rigidity is over 2 times that of other similar machinery parts with regular threaded joints.
2. First-Rate Material
These excavator undercarriage parts are made from 50Mn.
3. Superior Manufacturing Techniques
Our advanced forging techniques are used to produce the roller body, front cover and rear cover of our CBT series carrier roller.
4. Excellent Sealing Property
All of our carrier rollers go through the 2.4MPa water pressure and passes the air tightness testing for excellent sealing.
5. According to Your Standard
The undercarriage part’s machining and tolerance of fit are designed according to Chinese standards, though we adjust and install the undercarriage parts according to your country’s standards.
